Overview:
Customers who auto renew their paid cryptact plan will receive the discount. The discount rate varies depending on the length of service and can reach up to 20%. The calculation of the discount-eligible duration will begin from the payment date of the applicable plan starting 9am September 9, 2024 (JST). Take advantage of this opportunity to use our service at a more affordable price through auto renewal.
[Start Date for Counting Duration]
The date of payment for the applicable plan purchased* on or after 9am September 9, 2024
* Includes new purchases, purchases via auto renewal, and plan upgrades.
[Discount Rate]
- Auto renewal after 1 year from the start date: 10% discount
- Auto renewal after 2 years from the start date: 15% discount
- Auto renewal after 3 or more years from the start date: 20% discount
[Applicable Plans]
Paid plans with an annual fee of 18,000 JPY (excluding tax) or more
[Discount Eligibility]
The discount is automatically applied when an applicable plan with an annual fee of 18,000 JPY (excluding tax) or more is automatically renewed. No action is required from the customer.
[Conditions]
The customer must continue to be subscribed to one of the applicable plans. If the plan expires or is changed to a non-eligible plan, the discount-eligible duration will be reset.
[Examples]
Case 1:
Purchased the Prime Plan on October 1, 2024 (start date for counting duration: October 1, 2024).
The Prime Plan was automatically renewed on October 1, 2025.
→ A 10% auto renewal discount is applied because 1 year has passed since the start date.
Case 2:
Purchased the Lite Plan through auto renewal on September 10, 2024 (start date for counting duration: September 10, 2024).
Upgraded to the Prime Plan on September 1, 2025.
Upgraded to the Pro Plan on August 1, 2026.
The Pro Plan was automatically renewed on August 1, 2027.
→ A 15% auto renewal discount is applied because more than 2 years have passed since the start date.
[Important Notes]
- The auto renewal discount only applies to credit card payments. Bank transfers and cryptocurrency payments are not eligible.
- If the plan expires with the auto renewal setting turned off, the account will enter a 30-day data retention period, and the auto renewal discount will not be applied. Even if you re-subscribe to an applicable plan during this period, the discount will not apply.
- If the auto renewal setting is turned on just a few hours before the plan's expiration, the auto renewal discount may not be applied due to system constraints. Please set the auto renewal with sufficient time.
- The auto renewal discount does not apply to plan upgrades. However, if you upgrade to an applicable plan, the counting of the discount-eligible duration will continue from the start date. For more details, please refer to Case 2 in the examples above.
- The discount cannot be combined with other coupons.
- You can combine this with referral bonuses received through the referral program. If you have a bonus, it will be automatically applied at the time of auto renewal payment.
