New transaction type

• Bitget: supports multiple transactions at the same time for Trades files (Buy/Sell/Exchange income/Exchange spending)
• Bitget: supports “Airdrop Reward-A” and “Buy with card ” for Trades files/ ignores “Automatic withdrawal”, “Automatic deposit” and “adjust_down_leverage” for Trades files
• bitFlyer: supports “Transfer Fees” for Trades files/ ignores “入金手数料” for Trades files
• Bybit: supports “MANAUSD” for Closed P&L history (USDT and Inverse) files
• NEXO: supports “Fixed Term Interest” for Wallet files
